Depending on the device you have, there are different ways of taking a screenshot.
For Android devices:
- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.
- In some devices, specially those with older Android or Samsung versions, the right buttons to press might be the Power and Home buttons instead.
To verify if the screenshot was taken correctly, go to your phone's Gallery and find it in the section "Screenshots". Every time you take a screenshot, the device will make a shutter sound; this can also help you realize if it was taken correctly.
For iOS devices:
- Press the Lock (on the right side of the device) and Home (in the center of the device) buttons at the same time. If the screenshot is not taken, try again until it becomes effective.
- If your device does not have the Home button, press the side button and the Volume up button at the same time.
To find the screenshot, go to your phone's Gallery, go to Albums and then go to the Screenshots folder.
